Its Boker 4116 German stainless-steel blade, a 56-58 Rockwell hardness that undergoes a zero-quench process, takes and maintains an edge incredibly well, allowing for true precision with every cut. Easily distinguish these knives with their gold in coloration corrosion resistant Titanium Nitride bonded finish, maintaining the life of the knife even with saltwater use. The handle is a molded slip-free polypropylene, finished with a TPR surface, that is anatomically and ergonomically correct for the full lineup of knives. A full tang construction delivers for durability, balance, and leverage, whether you are cutting dozens of fish or needing that precise sashimi level cutting. Blades are available in the traditional thinner "flex" style for running over bones and skinning, or a thicker "stiff" style for greater power. Each knife includes a sheath for safe storage.
