2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered to United States Residents only (void where prohibited by law) to anyone at least 18 years old. Employees of Chaos Rods, and the immediate families (spouse and parents, siblings and children and each of their spouses) and persons living in the same households of the above are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. For your entry to be valid, you must answer all questions on the entry form correctly.

3. How to Enter : Length of Sweepstakes vary. Current sweepstakes ends at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, March 21, 2004. To enter, complete all fields on the Entry Form. You may enter once per card for the duration of the contest. Entrants agree to have their email address subscribed to the Chaos Rods newsletter, a bi-monthly email publication. This newsletter is a free publication and may be discontinued at any time.
No mechanical reproductions of entry permitted. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, mutilated, incomplete, stolen, or illegible entries; or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures if any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in the sweepstakes. Chaos Rods reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or modify the entire sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes.

4. Drawing: A random drawing is conducted via random computer selection per entry. For the grand prize one email address will be selected from all eligible entries received by Chaos Rods. The winner's name, City & State will be posted in on the Chaos Rods website It is the winner's responsibility to contact Chaos Rods to redeem their prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

5. Prizes: Prizes include Black and Tan Visors, Blue & White Jets, Orange Dorado Jets, Chaos Rods Logo Short Sleeve T-Shirts, Chaos Lures Short Sleeve T-Shirts, PGC 12-20 7', and SPGC 12-20 7’. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted except at Chaos Rods' option for a prize of comparable or greater value. No prize transfers permitted. All federal, state and/or local taxes related to awarded prizes are the responsibility of the winners. Limit one prize per person or household.

6. Notification of Winners/Claiming Prize: Entrants will be notified by email provided if they are a winner. It is the winner's responsibility to contact Chaos Rods to redeem their prize. If winner does not claim prize within 30 days of notification, the prize is forfeited and no alternate will be selected. All prize winners will receive prizes by mail or as applicable.

7. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree a.) to the Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor and judges as final, b.) where legal, to the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation; and c.) to release, discharge and hold harmless Chaos Rods, from all claims or damages arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of prize.
